    01對通風管道制作的要求進行檢查

    檢查通風管道穿越防護密閉墻、密閉墻的預埋密閉穿墻短管。通風預埋密閉短管采用厚度不小于3mm鋼板機械卷制成形(其厚度還應根據預埋管管徑大小確定,使預埋管不致變形),防爆超壓排氣活門的預埋短管其厚度為6mm,密閉短管中間應設密閉肋,密閉肋厚度為5mm,密閉肋高度為50mm,密閉肋與短管應雙面滿焊、焊縫嚴密。密閉穿墻短管兩端深處墻面的長度應大于100mm,管道內外部除與混凝土接觸部分外均應刷兩道防銹漆。

    對染毒區的通風管道連接方法及密封進行檢查。如無設計要求,其風管厚度應采用大于等于3mm的鋼板焊接制作而成。風管與風管連接應采用焊接連接。通風管道與密閉閥門的連接應采用帶密封槽的法蘭連接,其法蘭面應經機床車削加工,保證接觸應平整,法蘭面有1~2mm深的90°密封槽;風管與設備連接法蘭之間應采用整體橡膠法蘭墊圈,防爆超壓排氣活門法蘭連接填料采用5mm整張橡膠墊圈密封(不得有拼縫),其他染毒區風管連接及法蘭與設備連接采用4~5mm整張橡膠墊圈密封(不得有拼縫),連接處不得有漏縫現象。

    對主體工程內通風管與配件所用材料規格進行檢查。其所用鋼板品種、規格應符合設計要求。同一通風、空調系統的材質應一致。人防工程主體內部的通風管與配件的鋼板厚度應大于0.75mm。

    05對風管咬口制作的要求進行檢查

    風管咬口應緊密,各層板材之間無明顯的空隙。相同厚度同一型式的板材咬縫寬度應一致,不得出現寬窄不一的缺陷,手工制作的咬口縫寬度差控制在2mm以內,咬口機成型的咬口縫兩端偏差不得大于1mm。在咬口縫的搭接處,矩形法蘭四角翻邊、三通、四通管加襠等處避免產生看得見的孔洞。直管拼接不應有十字接縫,咬口縫還不得出現脫落、張開、未壓實和有明顯縫隙等質量缺陷。
